We begin with ceremonial cacao to help you settle into the body. From there, the session moves through body awareness, intuitive energy healing, and exploration of emotional patterns and experiences that may still be held.

Equine Assisted Energy Healing (Enquiry Call)

A call to determine a time and date for Equine Assisted Energy Healing. Sessions are arranged manually. Please enquire to book. Sessions are 90 minutes and $300.

You feel drawn to experience this work in the field, where the presence of the horses supports a deeper sense of grounding and awareness.

What you’ll feel after:
Calm, supported, and often able to access deeper layers of emotional and physical release.

What’s included:
A collaborative session with Steph Sanzaro and Anna Rimmer at Yoga Farm. We begin with grounding, followed by energy healing while you rest on the table in the paddock, supported by somatic equine-assisted therapy and the presence of the herd.

Online Energy Healing (Initial Session)

What’s included:
A guided online session including conversation, body awareness, intuitive energy healing, and reflection. You’ll be supported to notice what is present and understand it more clearly. Please ensure you have a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably.

Online Energy Healing (Returning Clients)

Yin Reset (90 mins)

Held once a month; a longer session to properly reset.

For you if:
You’re feeling tense, overwhelmed, or like you haven’t had space to properly slow down. You want time to reset your body and mind without pressure or expectation.

What you’ll feel after:
Calmer in your nervous system, lighter in your body, and clearer in your mind. A sense of space where things feel more manageable again.

What’s included:
A monthly 90-minute session combining Yin yoga with elements of breath, meditation, and energy work. Each session is slightly different, guided by what is needed on the day. You’ll be supported to slow down, release tension, and settle both physically and mentally.

Monthly Meditation

A seated or reclined meditation practice exploring stillness and internal awareness. Each class may include candle gazing, visualisation, mantra, observational mindfulness, breath-based meditation, loving-kindness, body scan, or subtle chakra clearing.

This is a space to build steadiness and clarity through stillness.

For you if:
Your nervous system feels overstimulated.
You want to strengthen your meditation practice.
You crave quiet and mental clarity.
You are learning to sit with yourself.

What you’ll feel after:
Calm and focused.
Mentally spacious.
More aware of your internal state.
Steady and centred.

Guided meditation techniques.
Breath regulation.
Periods of silence.
Gentle grounding before closing.

Group Energy Healing

You’re feeling overwhelmed, heavy, or disconnected and want to be in a space with others who are also open to slowing down and feeling better. You don’t need to know exactly what you’re working on - just a willingness to be present.

What you’ll feel after:
Calmer in your body, lighter in your mind, and more connected to yourself and those around you. Many people leave feeling settled, clearer, and supported.

What’s included:
We begin with guided breath and meditation to help you arrive in the body. From there, we move into body and energy awareness, working gently through the chakra system using visualisation and intention. As a group, we connect to a shared intention, creating a supportive environment that allows the work to deepen. The session closes with time to rest and integrate.

Slow & Low Yoga

A mat-based grounding practice with no standing sequences. Movements stay close to the earth and are guided by slow, steady breath.

This class focuses on controlled transitions, gentle strengthening, mobility, and stability. It is deliberate and calming rather than dynamic.

For you if:
You prefer floor-based movement.
You are rebuilding strength gently.
You want grounding without high intensity.
You feel overwhelmed by fast-paced classes.

What you’ll feel after:
Stable and centred.
Warm but not depleted.
Calm and steady.
More at home in your body.

What’s included:
Slow breath-led sequences.
Mat-based strengthening.
Gentle mobility work.
Grounded closing reset.

Moving Meditation

45 mins$15

For you if:
You have a busy mind, find it hard to sit still, or want a gentle way to wake up the body without pressure or structure. This is a good place to start if traditional meditation doesn’t feel accessible.

What you’ll feel after:
More awake, clear-headed, and settled in your body. A sense of calm energy to move into the day.

What’s included:
A guided practice combining free movement, walking meditation, and slow yoga-based movements. You’ll stay within your own space on the mat, eyes towards the mat with no need to follow anyone else. The focus is on moving with awareness, allowing the body to loosen while the mind begins to settle. We may listen to an Olivia Dean playlist, or something more instrumental. Each class is unique.

First session I’ve had with Steph and it was such a beautiful, empowering experience.. upon arrival she greeted me in such a friendly manner making me feel safe from the get go. The room was super clean and had such a good vibe to it, and the space Steph held for me during the healing felt so nice aswell I got the giggles at one point haha. I’ve had healings before but the energies and tools that steph works with are so powerful. I left the healing feeling quite raw and open, drank lots of water had a good nights sleep and woke up feeling fresh as a daisy with newly found insights within aswell. Thankyou for the work you do and how much you put your heart into this! Highly recommend Steph.

Was such a lovely experience to receive a healing from Steph. The session was so powerful and has helped me to gain a lot of clarity and direction that I was struggling to find before hand.
