Equine Energy Healing (Enquiry Call)

A call to determine what kind of session will work for you: Somatic Equine Energy Healing with Anna & Steph, Equine Energy Healing with Steph, Somatic Equine Assisted Therapy with Anna. We will then find a time and date for your session. Sessions are arranged manually. Please enquire to book. Sessions range from $150 - $300 spanning 60-90 minutes.

A relaxed Sunday morning to arrive in your body and connect with others in a grounded, genuine way.

We begin with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, used intentionally to help you become more present with your internal experience: within the body, the breath, and the senses. Steph will guide you through her signature meditative cacao ceremony used in her sessions and events. This is a gentle space to settle and feel a bit more like yourself.

From there, the space opens into connection.

This isn’t structured networking, and it’s not a quiet, overly serious or “sacred” space. It’s light, playful, and real. Steph encourages your personality to shine.

You’re welcome to chat, laugh, be a bit silly, sit quietly, or move between it all. The focus is on connecting with yourself first, so that any connection with others feels natural and unforced.

Think sitting by the fire, tea in hand, conversations that flow, and the chance to meet like-minded people in the community.

Group Energy Healing

A guided group experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build awareness of what is happening within your body, mind, emotions and energy.

Each session begins with grounding and intention setting, creating a shared space for healing and self-reflection. Through guided visualisation, meditation, body awareness and energy healing, Steph will support you to tune into your inner experience and explore what may be asking for your attention.

Throughout the session, you'll be invited to notice sensations within the body, observe thoughts and emotions, connect with the chakra system, and develop a deeper relationship with your own intuition and inner wisdom.

Steph moves around the room offering individual energy healing while continuing to guide the group experience, creating both personal and collective healing throughout the session.

Every class is different, responding to the needs of the group on the day.

Yin & Energy

A unique practice designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling grounded, clear and energised.

We'll begin with a Yin Yoga sequence, settling into longer-held postures that invite you to tune into your body, breath, thoughts and emotions. Throughout the practice, Steph will guide you through mindfulness and awareness-based techniques that help you develop a deeper connection with your inner experience.

As the body softens, you'll move into a restorative savasana where Steph offers individual energy healing throughout the room.

The class then gradually shifts into gentle movement, uplifting postures and somatic practices designed to awaken the body and build energy, leaving you refreshed and ready for the rest of your day.

This class is less about flexibility and more about awareness.

It's an opportunity to slow down, listen to yourself, and reconnect with what your body, mind and emotions may be communicating.

Suitable for all levels. No prior yoga or energy healing experience is necessary.

About

I work with the body and energy to help you understand what you’re holding and begin to move through it. My approach is grounded and intuitive, with each session guided by what’s actually present for you on the day. This might involve physical sensations, emotional shifts, or simply a deeper sense of calm and clarity. The work is less about fixing anything, and more about learning how to listen to yourself in a way that feels real and supportive.

Steph is an extremely gifted Reiki Practitioner. Her beautiful warmth fills her healing space along with the sunlight and the beautiful energy of crystals placed carefully around the room. Steph focuses on revealing what needs to be seen and healed in that moment while also working with your body to help dissolve and resolve longer term and more complex issues.
